1. Order Processing

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation for eligible Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Please allow approximately 2–4 business days for order processing and preparation before dispatch. Some products may require additional preparation time due to their availability, size, fragility, or packaging requirements.

Orders are generally processed on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

During festivals, promotional periods, or periods of high order volume, processing may take longer. If a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.

Bastar Decor aims to deliver products across India, subject to courier service availability and the delivery address being serviceable by our shipping partners.

Please inspect your package when it arrives. If the outer packaging or product appears damaged, take photographs of the package, shipping label, and product, and contact us as soon as possible.

For damage-related claims, please retain the original packaging until the matter has been reviewed.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the contact details provided at checkout, where available.

You may use the tracking link or reference number provided to check the shipment's status.

Tracking updates may take some time to appear after dispatch. If tracking information is unavailable or your shipment appears delayed, please contact us for assistance.

8. Incorrect Address and Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct PIN code and phone number.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact us immediately. We will try to correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched, but changes cannot be guaranteed after shipment.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, the recipient is unavailable, or the courier cannot complete delivery after its applicable attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

In such cases, we will review the circumstances and communicate the available options. Additional shipping charges may apply to reshipment where permitted by law and agreed upon by the customer.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Deliveries

We take care to ensure that the correct products are dispatched in suitable packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, where possible, with:

• Photographs of the product and any visible damage.

• Photographs of the outer packaging and shipping label, where applicable.

• A brief description of the issue.

We will review your request and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, return, or refund, depending on the circumstances.

For verified issues attributable to Bastar Decor or damage during shipping, we will arrange or cover reasonable return shipping costs as applicable.

The reporting period above helps us investigate shipping issues promptly and does not remove any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

10. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched. Once the shipment has been handed over to a courier, cancellation may no longer be possible through the normal process.

If a cancellation is approved for a prepaid order, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for eligible orders and delivery locations where the option is offered at checkout.

If COD is available for your order, please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the package and pay the amount due at delivery.

COD availability may depend on courier serviceability, order value, product characteristics, and other operational restrictions.

12. International Shipping, Customs, and Duties

If international shipping is offered for a particular order, delivery may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
